Yes! You can drop off kids ages 1-10 for up to 4 hours anytime during business hours. We are open Monday-Saturday 8am-3pm.
We are a licensed, childcare facility regulated by the State of Arizona just like any other daycare, preschool or childcare institution. But we are pretty unique and there are a lot of things that make us special. We can accommodate up through elementary aged children and you can drop-off as little or as much as you need to. It’s extremely safe, completely flexible and SO fun.
Parents/guardians must thoroughly check-in their child(ren) prior to leaving them in our care. You will sign your kiddos in on our sign-in sheet while your kids pick a shoe cubby and put on their grippy socks. We support ALL local businesses and you do not have to have “our” socks. Anything with grip is great! Then, you will hand us your child’s Timeless Play tote (one free with registration) that is filled with your child’s water bottle, snack, diapers/clothes if necessary, all labeled with your child’s name and off you go!
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot check-in a child whose registration, paperwork, or records are not complete. You must have a 911 Card filled out and immunization records (or a state exemption) for each child. You must also sign our Service Agreement.

Every day is different at Timeless Play. There’s always a new craft to be made, a new game or puzzle to conquer, a new toy to discover, or a special event to experience. But one thing never changes. Our team of Play Experts have a special magic with kids of all ages and will spend quality time with your 1-10 year old and make it memorable.
Well, it all depends on how much of a risk taker you are. We totally welcome walk-ins – until we reach capacity, that is. If you want to ensure there will be a spot for your child when you arrive, it’s probably best to book ahead of time and secure your day and time. Click here to access our booking portal.
Timeless Play requires a minimum of 4 hours notice for cancellations. Cancellations with less than 4 hours notice will forfeit deposit and in the case of a ‘no-show’ the client will be charged the cost of the full booking. Cancellation fees are only waived in the event of an illness or unforeseen emergency.
Every parent knows the feeling of having your child somewhere where another child is clearly sick and likely contagious. With every snotty cough you hear, it’s like hearing the Jaws song in your head and you cringe wondering if you or your kids will be next. Please don’t be that parent! Keep sick kids home. But we also understand that our super awesome clients might unknowingly drop-off a child that only starts showing symptoms at our center. If your child shows signs of fever, persistent coughing, yellow/green congestion, diarrhea or vomiting we will ask you to come pick your child up ASAP.
P.S. All Timeless Play employees AND kid visitors are also required to wash their hands at the beginning of each shift/visit and use hand sanitizer or wash hands every hour. We also are obsessed with cleaning and sanitizing and do everything we can do to limit nasty germs in our play areas.
First of all, we do not let any undesignated person pick up your child without pre-approval and photo identification. The lobby door is kept open when someone is at the Front Desk but the door to the main play area is kept closed and locked at all times and is only opened via thumb print or security code. We have great relationships with our business neighbors too. The OVPD substation is even a neighbor to our OV location. We do fire and evacuation drills and our Play Experts are trained and equipped to handle any and all situations. Your kids are in great hands.
Especially for the little ones, anytime there are new faces or places, it can be a little scary. But we have helped LOTS of kids overcome separation anxiety and now there are still tears with those kiddos…but they come when someone comes back to take them away. We don’t mind or judge those tantrums either. We consider it a sign of a job well done. However, if your child is really having a rough time we will call you. We recommend hanging nearby for your first drop-off or two and scheduling a shorter play just in case.
No! Our child care licensing allows us to change diapers and we are fully equipped to do so. Parents who have potty training children or children still in diapers are asked to bring a small bag with wipes, diapers, and a change of clothes just in case.
At MOST we have a 6:1 ratio of children to Play Experts. Oftentimes, our ratios hover around 4:1 or even less. It really depends on how busy we are. Even at our busiest, our very low ratios ensure that children will be engaged and interacted with throughout their stay. This is an interactive experience. Children are not just wandering around playing amongst themselves. We play with them, too!
Yes and no. As of January 1, 2025 we are only accepting up through Elementary-aged children (1-10). Keep in mind that we are small, boutique facilities and can only have limited children in our center at a time. (26 max). Our Play Expert team is great at “reading the room” and knowing when and where to engage kids in an activity to keep bigs and littles safe and enjoying themselves. Sometimes that means creating groupings in our different rooms based on ages. No child is ever unattended for any length of time. With our low, 6:1 ratio (max!) your child will be constantly interacting with and entertained by our staff.
Lots of play can work up quite an appetite! We put a pause on the fun at specific times during the day to ensure our little guests don’t get hungry bellies. We ask that you provide a snack if your child will be with us during a scheduled snack time and/or pack a meal if your child will be visiting during a meal time. Our daily meal/snack schedule is as follows:
9am Snack
11am Snack
12:30 Lunch
2:15pm Snack
3:45pm Snack
6:30 Dinner (Saturday only)
8:00pm Snack (Saturday only)
All snacks brought into the center must be:
Clean | Please don’t send your child with snacks that are messy, sticky or able to stain
Easy | Please send your child with a ready-to-eat, finger-food type snack or food pouch that they are able to open themselves and consume without utensils or additional assistance (such as peeling an orange)
Safe | Timeless Play is a strictly nut-free facility. Please do not send your child with any food item that contains nuts or traces of nuts. Please do not send your child with any of the following highly chokeable food items: popcorn, whole grapes, nuts, hotdogs, apples or raw carrots or hard candy/gum.
Please let us know in advance of ANY food allergies your child may have. Timeless Play is a strictly nut-free facility and we do our very best to avoid nut contamination. We ask families to not send their child with any food item that contains nuts or traces of nuts. If an unapproved item of food arrives with a child, it will be discarded and an alternative snack will need to be provided or purchased. If your child has a severe allergy and requires emergency medication/epipen, his/her tote bag will receive a red ribbon so that it can be easily and quickly identified.
Clients are expected to pick children up at the scheduled time so we make room for next-hour bookings and don’t go over ration. We do offer a 5 minute grace period but beyond that, clients are charged 50 cents per child, per minute late. We appreciate you doing everything you can to be on time.
We would love the opportunity to chat with you about your child’s unique needs so that we can help you determine if Timeless Play is going to be a good fit. In many cases, it works out great.
Well, you can click the “Get Started” button in the top right-hand corner to start your registration. Or, if that’s too much like jumping in the deep end, call us to chat! Or email us! You can also fill out an inquiry form. Ask to schedule a tour! You’re leaving your kids in our care and are entitled to ask as many questions as you can think of. Can’t wait to meet you!
