We want your first visit to be easy and stress-free. Before your child’s first visit, be sure to begin your registration and the required paperwork. Once registered, please contact us before booking your child’s first visit. We’ll make sure everything is ready and help arrange their first visit.
EXCEPTIONS: Interested in only booking a special event like a Kids-Free Friday or Camp? You may get to skip some of the registration steps. Please email play@timelessplay.com
first-time visit
Your First Hour Is On Us! First-time visitors enjoy their first hour free, with up to two additional hours at just $15 per hour.
We want your child’s first visit to be a positive introduction to Timeless Play. Every child adjusts at their own pace, and we’re happy to help you determine a comfortable length for their first visit. This gives your child a chance to get to know our space and Play Experts—and gives us a chance to get to know them, too.
If your child has difficulty separating, needs extra support adjusting to a new environment, or there is anything else that would help us make their first visit successful, please let us know. If we are unable to help your child settle comfortably into the group, we may contact you for an early pickup.
