FAQ's
For our “Little Birthday” and “Big Birthday” packages, you will be allowed to select up to three crafts/games/activities from our Menu of Fun for our Play Experts to do with the children. For our VIP party package, our Play Expert team will plan customized activities/games that fit your party theme and the ages of children that will be in attendance. During the party, our Play Experts will keep the kids fully engaged and entertained.
We do require all children to bring their own grippy socks. Any type will do as long as they have grip on the bottom!) Alternatively, your guests can purchase grippy socks here for $4. Adults are not required to wear grippy socks but must either remove their shoes or wear shoe coverings. We are meticulous about keeping our space clean and safe for our little guests!
Yes, you may bring cake, drinks (even adult ones if you promise to behave!) and any other snacks/food items that you would like with the exception of nut products. In an effort to protect kids with severe nut allergies, our center is completely nut-free during and after business hours.
For birthday parties, you have 2.5 hours of total time – 2 hours for the party itself and 30 minutes for set-up and/or clean-up. Most guests spend 15 minutes for set-up and 15 minutes for clean-up but you can work it however you would like.
We recommend bringing lots of helpers to make sure you get everything done in time. Please note that going over in total time will be billed at $65/$85 an hour (depending on location), prorated. You can also schedule this extra time as an add-on ahead of time if you need a longer event time.
We do not allow confetti, glitter or silly string. We also ask that food/drinks stay in their designated area.
Aside from the event host, parents of guests do not have to stay for the duration of the party. All parents will be required to sign our waiver whether they are staying or dropping off. Please have your guests submit this form ahead of time.
Party hosts are required to provide decorations and all supplies for activities and games. Kids will also have access to our regular toys and activities during free play time. Consider booking a VIP party package if you would like our team to customize your party and plan themed games and activities. This package also includes decor and party favor bags.
Our meeting space price is for organizations that have very basic needs – existing tables/chairs, use of just one room and minimal set-up/take-down. Anything beyond that would constitute an “event” and rates vary depending on the event type, size, time, etc.
Timeless Play is a beautiful venue for baby showers, luncheons, networking events and more!
Our party favor bags are small, branded Timeless Play gift bags that contain: a small fidget keychain, play-doh, a lollipop and a Free Play Hour voucher. You may add your own items to this bag as well!
You will be charged an upfront 50% deposit to secure the date and pay the balance on the day of the event. The deposit will be forfeited if the event is cancelled with less than seven days’ notice.
Yes! Members get 5% off the package cost of any private event at Timeless Play.
Yes! If you want to keep the fun going past two hours, you can schedule a longer party during the booking process and will be charged a prorated amount based on the base cost of the package. However, this must be arranged ahead of time.
