Every Birthday Bash includes Play Expert-led fun! For a 2-hour party, you’ll choose one activity and one game from our Menu of Fun. A 3-hour party includes one activity and two games. Our Play Experts help guide the fun while still giving kids plenty of time to play and celebrate together.

Yes. All children are required to wear grippy socks while playing. Guests may bring their own grippy socks. If a child arrives without them, grippy socks are available and will be charged to the party host. Adults are not required to wear grippy socks but should either remove their shoes or wear shoe coverings while in the play areas.

Yes, you may bring cake, drinks (even adult ones if you promise to behave!), and other snacks or food items, with the exception of nut products. To help protect children with severe nut allergies, Timeless Play is a nut-free facility at all times.

Birthday Bashes include 15 minutes before your scheduled party time for set-up and 15 minutes afterward for clean-up. Most families find this is plenty of time for standard party decorations and supplies.

If you’re planning more elaborate decorating or need additional set-up or clean-up time, extra time may be reserved in advance in 30-minute increments for an additional fee. Please let us know when booking so we can make sure the space and staff are available.

We do not allow confetti, glitter, or silly string. We also ask that all food and drinks remain in the designated eating area.

Aside from the party host, parents of guests do not have to stay for the duration of the party. A completed Timeless Play waiver is required for each child participating. The party host is responsible for making sure guests complete the waiver before participating. We recommend sharing the waiver link with your guests before the party.

Party hosts are welcome to bring decorations to personalize the space for their celebration. Timeless Play provides the supplies needed for the Play Expert-led activity and games included with your Birthday Bash. You are welcome to choose options from our Menu of Fun that work well with your party theme and age group.

We do not provide themed decorations, balloons, or party favors, but we’re happy to share information for preferred local vendors if you’d like help creating something extra special.

Timeless Play offers several options beyond birthday parties. Basic Meeting Space is designed for small groups with simple needs, using our existing tables and chairs with minimal set-up. Event Rentals are available for larger or more customized gatherings such as baby showers, networking events, celebrations, and other private events.

Private Play Dates offer families or groups the opportunity to enjoy Timeless Play together in a private setting. Pricing and availability vary based on the type of event, group size, length of time, and staffing needs. Contact us and we’ll help you find the option that works best for your gathering.

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before your event. A 3% processing fee applies to credit/debit card payments. Deposits and payments are subject to the cancellation terms in your booking agreement.

Yes! Timeless Play members receive 5% off Birthday Bash packages.

Yes! Our Birthday Bash packages are available in both 2-hour and 3-hour options. If you would like additional party time beyond 3 hours, please contact us before booking. Additional time may be available in 30-minute increments based on space and staffing availability.
